About Me

My photo
Dr Liz Miller
I feel enormously grateful to be where I am today. Because of my experiences, I want to change the way we think about and manage our physical and psychological health. The word 'doctor' originally meant teacher, so I take both my vocations seriously ;-) and finally last but not least to have fun whilst doing all of the above. As far as medicine is concerned - I am fascinated by people, the human psyche and human body, remembering that the mind and body are inseparable I work in General Practice and Occupational health both of which I enjoy Favorite sayings: "Difficult problems are not solved by an easy life" "It is only an obsession, let it go" and did I say I am Mind Mental Health Champion 2008 www.mind.org.uk - thanks to everyone for your support! I have written a book on "extreme self help" called Mood Mapping
